    Strength Training

    A. Strict Press TUT (0:3:3:0) (heavier than last week)
    B. 5-5-5 Weighted Ring Dips
    C. Tabata Toes to Bar

    Endurance Training

    3-3-3 Front Squat (80+% 1 RM)

    15 Wall Balls
    400 meter run
    25 Wall Balls
    800 meter run
    50 Wall Balls
    1 Mile Run

    Comp Team Skill Work
