    A. Practice 3 Position Snatch 20 Minutes to find a heavy single

    B. Skill Clean Grip Pause Pulls @ 1 RM + Jump Shrug 2-2-2-2

    C. Strength 5-3-1 Back Squat 85-90-92+%

    Strength Training 

    A. 5×3 Pendlay Row

    B. 12 Min EMOM 1 Strict Press 2 Push Press 3 Push Jerk AHAP. If you fail, start over

    Endurance Training

    Partners! for time: complete: 3200 Meters of Running and 10 Rounds of 14 Hip Slaps, 20 Push Ups, 30 Sit Ups. Once running is completed, both partners can work through reps inside.
