    Olympic Training

    A. Practice Hang Snatch (dead Stop at knee) 2-2-2-2
    B. Practice Low Hang Snatch (dead Stop below knee) 1-1-1-1-1
    C. Strength 5-3-1 Back Squat @ 85-88-92% 1 RM

    Strength Training

    A. 2-2-2-2-2 1 1/4 Front Squat
    B. 3×5 (each arm) turkish get up
    C. Pendlay Row 5×5 AHAP

    Endurance Training

    10×400 meter Row Repeats (rest:work 2:1) 10 Burpee penalty for any set that is 5 seconds faster or slower than first effort
