    Olympic Training

    A. 25 Minutes to 1 RM Snatch
    B. 4×1 Clean and Jerk @ 80% 4×1 @ 85%

    Strength Training

    A. 5-3-1+ Back Squat (85-90-95%)
    B. 5-3-1+ Strict Press same percentages
    C. 4 Rounds Max Effort Push Ups Rest 3 Minutes between rounds

    Endurance Training

    A. Run 1 Mile Time Trial rest 5 minutes: complete 50 burpees for time rest 5 mins, run 1 mile time trial
