    A. 1 RM Clean and Jerk
    B. 4×1 Snatch @ 80% 4×1 Snatch @ 85%

    Strength Training

    A. 5-3-1+ Deadlift @ 85-90-95%
    B. 5-3-1+ Bench Press @ 85-90-95%
    C. 5 Rounds for Quality: 10 Strict Pull Ups 15 GHD Sit Ups

    Endurance Training

    Part A. Main WOD then: 5 Rounds: 400 Meter Row, 10 Back Squats @ 50% 1 RM
