Grid Style Each Partner Must Complete the following reps: Partner 2 can’t start the reps until partner 1 is completely done with their 400 meter run. Partner 1’s Job is to cheer partner 2 on while they do something that is tough!! then its your turn!

40 Deadlift @ 275/185 (or 70% 1 RM)
40 Chest to bar Pull Ups
30 Handstand Push Ups
400 Meter Run
*** Clock stops when both partners finish their 400 meter run ***
