    A. 5 Sets of: 1 DL every 15 Seconds @ 80% 1 RM for sets of 4 (so pull on :00, :15, :30, :45)
    B. 12 Min Amrap of: 4 Strict Pull Ups (L3 strict CTB) 6 Clapping Push Ups, 8 SDLHP @ L1 75/55, L2/L3 95/65
