    Olympic Training

    A. Practice: 10×1 Clean and Jerk @ 85% 1 RM
    B. 5-5-5 Front Squat @ 80% 1 RM
    C. Behind neck Jerk Practice 10×2 with perfect feet

    Strength Training

    A. Romanian Deadlifts 5-5-5 AHAP
    B. Bulgarian Split Squats 5×10 (total)
    C. 5 Minute Plank Hold (every time you come out, 15 sit ups, must complete 5 minutes in a plank)

    Endurance Training 

    Complete Main WOD
