    Day 3

    A. Front squat 2×3 @ 84%
    B. Snatch Balance 3×4 @ 75%
    C. Power Clean 2×4 @ 75% (reset but don’t rest)
    D. Turkish Get Ups 3×5 Add Weight from last wednesday

    Day 4
    A. Clean and Jerk 1×5 (reset but don’t rest) @ 75% 1 RM
    B. Muscle snatch + 3 OHS @ 75% of Muscle Snatch (4 sets)
    C. 16-12-8 KB Swings (AHAP) Box Jump Overs (24/20)

    Day 5
    A. Heavy Single Snatch
    B. Heavy Single Clean and Jerk
    C. Heavy SIngle Back Squat
    D. : 18-12-6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups GHD Sit Ups
