Here are the approved and avoid lists from one of our paleo challenges a few years ago…but the info is still good. Remember, you get 3 “exempt” foods, but they have to be approved. Some in the red will not be eligible for exemptions. Be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
