Free CrossFit this Saturday at 10:30am. All levels of fitness are welcome!
Before you participate you do need to fill out our Release Waiver – you have 2 ways to fill it out… 1. Come a little early and you can fill it out at the gym or 2. click the link at the bottom of the screen that says “Sign Out Waiver” and fill it out.
Class will last about 1 hour. We hope to see you there!
