    B. 4 Sets Max Unbroken Double Unders- if you don’t have sets of 20+ them spend 20 minutes with them. Stop at 100 each set max
    C. For time: 185/135 lb Ground to Overhead x 10 reps Rest 60 seconds 155/105 lb Ground to Overhead x 10 reps Rest 60 seconds 135/95 lb Ground to Overhead x 10 reps
