A. Handstand Practice 20 minutes

10 KB Clean and Jerks 54/36 Buy In THEN:
4 Burpees
4 Box Jump Overs. 20/16
Rest 2 mins between rounds.
KB Clean and Jerks must be completed with one arm each round (so 3 rounds right arm, 3 rounds left arm).
