    A. Death By Push Press+ Thruster (1 rep = 1 Push Press 1 Thruster) (75/55)
    Minute 1 – 1 Push Press 1 Thruster
    Minute 2 – 1 Push Press 1 Thruster, 1 Push Press 1 Thruster and so on.

    B. Complete as many round and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
    10 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
    10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs).
    Rest 2 Minutes and Repeat
