    5000 meters rowing
    200 Kettlebell swings
    100 Goblet Squats
    80 Toes to Bar
    40 strict Pull Ups
    Both Partners working at the same time, can be broken up in any order and any quantity, but only 1 partner can be working at 1 station (both cant be rowing, for example)
