    A. 4 Sets max Unbroken Push Ups (45/25)

    B. 4 Rounds for Reps:
    1 min Calorie Row
    1 min Slam Ball
    1 min Hollow Rock
    1 min Rest

    Comp Team Training

    A. Muscle Up Practice
    B. Weighted Push Ups (4 Sets Unbroken w 35/25 on back)
    C. 5 Minutes Max GTO 155/100

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: 3 Rounds: 15 Air Squats 250 Meter Row 15 Sit Ups
    Skill: The Snatch
    WOD: 5 Rounds:
    10 Snatches
    15 Goblet Squats
