    Like Tabata This!
    Complete a full tabata round of each of the following:
    A. Tabata Calorie Row
    B. Tabata Sit Ups
    C. Tabata Air Squats
    D. Tabata Push Ups
    E. Tabata Body Weight Deadlifts

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: 3 Rounds of:

    20 Step Ups (Total)

    20 Sit Ups

    200 meter Row

    Skill: The Press Series, through the Split Jerk

    WOD: 3 Rounds 3 Minutes each of:

    5 Power Cleans

    5 Push Press

    5 Burpees
