    B. 3 Rounds for Time:

    200 Meter Row

    10 Ring Dips

    20 Wall Balls (20/14)

    10 Burpees

    Rest 60 Seconds… Hop on the next free rower.

    Score equals total time worked.

    Core Series Training

    Warm Up: 3 Rounds

    10 Wall Squats 10 Kipping Swings 10 Ring Rows

    Skill: The Clean

    WOD: “Brenton”

    5 Rounds for Time

    100ft Bear Crawl

    100ft Broad Jump

    *5 Burpees every 3 jumps

    15 minute Time Cut Off
