    15.2 Testers – You will have the ability to get your workouts in but note that all of the normally scheduled classes will take full precedent of the gym and the equipment.

    Main WOD Level 1 & Level 2 Training

    A. 5×5 Back Squat @ 70-75% 1 RM

    B. 21-15-9
    Front Squats @ 115/80
    Lateral Burpees
    Mountain Climbers (Each Leg)

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: 3 Rounds:
    50 Feet Bear crawl
    15 air squats
    15 sit ups

    Skill: The handstand/HSPU

    WOD: 3 Rounds for Time:
    3 Wall Walks
    20 Kettlebell Swings
    15 Burpees
