Well, the Open is behind us, how did you fare? Remember the workouts are a bit narrow in scope, maybe they paired your best movement with your worst, or you didn’t get to show off your capacity because of a skill that isn’t quite there yet. Not to worry. The great thing about the Open is it makes us realize these things and what we want to focus on with our fitness moving forward.
Regular programming will get a bit more “normal” again, and we will begin again with a Strength, Oly, and Endurance Programmed workout every day for your fitness convenience.
We are also looking to continue more intensive looks at different aspects of fitness, with a great clinic by Kyle Ernst a few weeks back with his Oly Clinic, and now Coach RyTom putting on an ENDURANCE Clinic/Seminar!
Have you ever wanted to run a race, say 5k, 10 k, half marathon, marathon, but didn’t want to stop doing CrossFit? Or at least don’t have the time or desire to run 80-100+ miles per week?
CrossFIt Endurance is a great chance to learn about running efficiency, and how CrossFit can fit into your training routine for your races this summer. We will have a limit of 20 people, $25 for the clinic (early sign up,) we will plan on an hour of class time and 90-120 minutes of drills/cueing, coaching, and questions.
Even if you aren’t into races, learn to love running through becoming more efficient at it!
