C. 5×3 Turkish Get Up AHAP (each arm, alternate)
Day 2
A. DL 5×3 @ 80% 5×3@ 85%
B. Strict Press 5×3 @ 80% 5×3 @ 85%
Day 3
A. 5 RFT of: 10 Box Jump Overs 10 OH Barbell Lunges (115/80) 100 Meter SPRINT
B. Complete 30 Strict CTB and 30 Strict TTB in any order
Day 4
A, Bench Press 5×3 @ 80% 5×3 @ 85%
B. 5 RFT of 10 Clapping Push Ups 5 Ring Pull Up Negatives
Day 5
A. 5×5 Front Squat @ 70%
B. 1 DL every 30 Seconds @ 75% 1 RM until 20 reps completed or failure
