A. Death By Kettlebell Swing (62/44) – go up by 2 reps every minute and begin the workout with 6 kettlebell swings.
When you are out, rest 3 full minutes. Then, start on Death By Toes to Bar.
B. 2 Rounds:
Minute 1 – 4 Squat Snatches @ 95/65
Minute 2 – 6 Squat Snatches
Minute 3 – 8 Squat Snatches
Minute 4 – 10 Squat Snatches
Minute 5 – 12 Squat Snatches.
*If you fail at a minute, hit as many as you hit in your last successful round until the cycle restarts.
