CrossFit LoDo – Endurance Training – Denver Colorado
Day 1
A. 5×5 Romanian Deadlift AHAP with perfect lumbar curve
B. 5 Rounds: 20 Front Loaded Lunges (50% Body weight), sprint 200 meters. Rest exactly 2 minutes between rounds.
Day 2
4 Rounds: Complete 25 Burpees 400 Meter Row and 400 meter run. Rest 5 Minutes between rounds. 15 burpee penalty for any round that was more than 5 seconds faster or slower than your first round
Day 3
Cover as Much Distance in 1 Hour as possible
Day 4
A. 1 Squat Clean + 5 Front Squats every other minute for 6 Rounds AHAP (likely around 75% 1 RM front squat/clean depending on proficiency)
B. Like 15.5 27 Calorie Row 27 Wall balls 21 21 15 15 9 9
Day 5
A. 6×3 Back Squat @ 77.5%
B. 22-16-10 Jumping Squats (75/55) Pull Ups Single Leg Deadlifts (split reps)
