A. 5×5 Bench Press @ 70%
B. 3×5 Front Squat @ 70%
C. 3 RFT 30 Push Ups 250 Meter Row 10 strict pull ups
Day 3
A. 5×5 Deadlift @ 70%
B. 30 Total Turkish Get Ups (alternating)
C. 50 Pistols for time (perfect reps)
Day 4
A. 5×5 Strict Press 70%
B. Tabata Handstand Hold
C. Bottom to Bottom Air Squats Tabata
Day 5
A. 3×10 RDL’s
B. 100 Push Ups for time
C. 3×15 GHD Sit Up w ball toss (10#)
