Team Heavy: 25 minute AMRAP:
Partner 1: Complete 2 Rounds of 10 Pull Ups 8 Burpees 5 Handstand Push Ups and
Partner 2: AMRAP Front Squats @ Body Weight.
When Partner 1 finishes his or her 2 rounds, the partners will switch. P1 will AMRAP front squats @ body weight while P2 will then do two rounds of the pull ups, burpees and HSPU
