    CrossFit LoDo – Denver Colorado

    A. EMOM for 12 Minutes:
    Complete 15 KBS @ 54/36.
    If you fail, complete as many each minute on the minute as possible.

    B. 12 Min AMRAP
    5 Dynamic Push Ups
    10 Pull Ups
    10 Single Leg Deadlifts (5 Each Leg) @ 95/65

    RiNo Schedule
    6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, L3 Class at 6:30pm

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: Tabata Row then Group Warm Up
    Skill: The Power Clean
    WOD: 21-15-9 Power Cleans – Air Squats – Sit Ups
