Day 1
Test Week! A. 1 RM Front Squat B. Run a 10 K for time
Day 2
Row 10 200 m sprints and record all of your splits. Rest exactly 3:1 rest:work
Day 3
A. 1 RM Back Squat B. Complete “Karen” Every time you are not actively shooting the wall ball complete 3 burpees before starting again.
Day 4
Run 1 Mile For Time. Then: Run at a 96 cadence for as far as you can. note your distance run with cadence.
Day 5
A. 1 RM Deadlift B. 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 Squat Clean Thrusters (115/80) 200 m Sprint. Walking Recovery
