Day 1
A. 30 Minutes to 1 RM snatch
B. 15 Minutes to 1 RM Push Press
C. 15 Minutes to 1 RM Front Squat
Day 2
A. 30 Minutes to 1 RM clean and jerk
B. 20 Minutes to 1 RM Back Squat
Day 3
A. 1 Snatch EMOM @ 75% 1 RM for 16 Minutes
B. 1 Clean and Jerk EMOM @ 75% 1 RM for 10 Minutes
C. 3×5 Front Squat @ 75% 1 RM
D. Split Stance Strict Press 5-5-5 @ 70% strict Press Max
