As a team of 2, get as many reps as possible of TWO AMRAPS…
AMRAP 1: 10 Front loaded Lunges (total) 5 Defecit Handstand Push Ups (5″/3″) 200 meter sprint AMRAP 2: 20 Wall Balls 10 Hollow Rock to Supermans 5 Snatches (135/95).
Each AMRAP is 20 Minutes Long. Both Partners are working at the same time, but must be on DIFFERENT amraps. Partners can switch between workouts as many times as they want. Score is total reps completed between the two partners
