What is Fascial Stretching? The quick version…

Alrighty my friends, I’m going to take a very brief moment of your time to tell you about Fascial Stretching. In a nut shell, the theory is that by working manually in the joint space/capsule and joint head, I can help improve mobility, flexibility, comfort, strength, and other areas that involve things like range of motion to muscle activation using a technique coined to help athletes and weekend worriers see drastic improvements.   Anyone can and will benefit from this body work. Are you a desk jockey? Are you a dog walker? Maybe a full time mom/dad. Or possibly sore from the killer workouts here at the gym. It matters not. It’s all about improving, and taking the next step to take better care of you. You can’t go wrong with giving your body a breath of fresh air.
My name is Nick Gill, I’m a CFST, Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist and I want nothing more then to creat a better you.
