A. EMOM 2 Hang Clean and Jerks @ 75% 1 RM Clean and Jerk for 10 minutes or failure.
B. 3 Rounds for Total Reps:
with 3 Minutes on the Clock: Row 350 meters.
With the remaining time, complete as many Hang clean and jerks (80%/70%) as possible. Rest 2 Minutes between rounds.
