Labor Day Schedule – LoDo will be open from 9am until 12pm. One Workout will send at 10am.
Team Chief-ish 5 Rounds, each 3 minutes of:
AMRAP 4 Power Cleans 6 Handstand Push Ups 8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups.
Rest 3 Minutes between each round. (Partner 2 picks up where partner 1 left off and vice versa)
