Team Static: As a team of 2 complete:
50 Push Press (115/85)
50 Front Squats
50 Sumo deadlift high pull
1 mile run (each).
In Push press, partner 2 must be holding 45# barbell overhead.
In Front Squats partner must be in the bottom of a front squat with 45# bar and be hanging from the pull up bar on the sumo deadlift high pull. Time ends after both partners have run 1 mile.
