5×5 Deadlift @ 75% 1 RM then: 21-15-9 Deadlifts @ 70% BW and mountain climbers (x2)
Day 3
10-10-10-10 Front Squat then: 100 wall balls for time, every time the ball stops moving complete 200 meter run
Day 4
10×350 meter repeats (row) rest 2 minutes between efforts
