Hey all, there are new programs starting TODAY, one with gymnastics emphasis, one with strength, and one with olympic lifting. I challenge you to choose your weakest areas and stick to the program for 8 weeks. There will be a second and then third wave after this first 8 week cycle that you can switch emphasis, or stick with another cycle on the same.
The time is now to prepare for the CF Open, and to see improvements!
The program that will be up for the week and labeled “Gymnastics” or “Strength” or “Olympic” is what you are looking for. It is 3 days per week and to be done on your own! Get these done and do “regular crossfit” at least a few times (up to 4) per week along with it.
