20 second L-sit hold (parallettes or rings) 40 seconds rest. Score is total seconds held of the 20 across the 5 rounds.
Box Jump (30/24).
WOD starts with a 400m run, and a run is to be completed between each set. WOD ends with box jumps (no run after the last round)
