C. 3×5 extreme range of motion ring dips
D. establish 1 rm L-sit hold then: 4 sets @ 65% that duration
Day 3
A. 6×2 Back Squat @ 80% 1 RM
B. 3×3 Front Squat @ 85% 1 RM
