Team Ladder: In 25 Minutes, get as far as you can in the format of: 2-2 4-4 6-6 8-8 10-10 12-12 and so on of: Front Squats Push Press Box Jumps (115/80). Format is you go I go. Partner one finishes 2 front sqiuats 2 push press 2 box jumps then partner 2 does 2 of each. then 4. Then 6. Get as many reps as possible in 25 minutes.
