    CrossFit LoDo – CrossFit LoDo at RiNo
    Denver Colorado

    Day 1

    A. Accumulate 3 minutes of L-sit Hold
    B. Complete 20 Strict Handstand Push Ups for time. If this isn’t possible do 20 as SLOWLY as possible.
    C. establish 5 RM Pull Up weight then do 4×4 at that weight

    Day 2

    A. Tabata Hollow Hold and Superman hold (all 8 before moving to other movement.
    B. 12:00 Volume accumulation
    2 Strict Pullups + 2 Strict Knees to
    Elbows + 2 Strict Toes to Bar
    *An unbroken complex = “1”
    C. 15 Minutes Handstand Walk Practice

    Day 3

    A. 5-5-5-5-5 Ring Dip AHAP
    B. Complete 50 Strict Chest to Bars and 50 strict TTB for time, in any order
    C. Tabata GHD Sit Ups
