    Complete the Following for time:
    4000 meters of rowing and a Barbell Buffet!!
    400o meter row
    50 Power Cleans @ 155/100
    50 Jerks @ 135/95
    50 Front Squats @ 115/80
    50 Strict Press @ 95/65.
    All work is TOTAL between the partners. Finished when all work is completed.

    REMINDER – No 8pm Class at LoDo – All CORE classes are at 6:30 @RiNo

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: Tabata Handstand Hold (Plank Hold Modification)
    Skill: the split jerk
    WOD: As a team of 2: complete 50 Clean and Jerks as quickly as possible. 1 Partner must be rowing at all times.
