Day 2
A. 12 minute AMRAP 3 Strict Pullups + 2 Strict Knees to
Elbows + 2 Strict Toes to Bar
*An unbroken complex = “1” B. 5x ME 5″/3″ defecit handstand push ups. If this isn’t possible, do 5 x ME handstand negatives to a deficit, and keep going as long as the negative lasts for more than 1 second
Day 3
A. 5-5-5-5-5 Ring Dip AHAP B. Complete 15 Chest to bar pull ups ** rep only counts once 10 seconds of chest in contact with bar has been accumulated C. 3x ME Ring Push Ups
