6 Jerks 165
6 Toes to Bar.
Rest 2 Minutes
You go I go 5 Minutes:
3 Thrusters 135/95
6 Lateral Burpees
Rest 2 Minutes
You go I go 4 minutes:
10 Deadlift 225
15 Double Unders
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes Wall Balls.
For the 6 min, 5 min and 4 min Effort, one partner finishes the whole round while the other rests, and they switch upon completion of 1 Round. they go back and forth for the entirety of the 6 mintues, then anyone can start the 5 minutes, same with the 4 minutes. For the 3 minutes, both partners working at a time. 30/20 on the wall ball. Score is total reps.

WOD: 10 Min AMRAP 2 Push Press 2 Burpees 4 Push Press 4 Burpees 6 Push Press 6 Burpees and so on until 10 Minutes has elapsed
