CrossFit LoDo – CrossFit LoDo at RiNo
There are birthday WODs, then there are birthday WODs….I remember Loretta’s first workout with us, it was actually at CrossFit LoHi, we did kettlebell swings and ran during a pretty cold late fall or early winter day (Loretta maybe you remember?!) and it was just Coach RyTom and Loretta. Here we are several years later, and Loretta continues to be a rockstar. Doing pull ups, deadlifting over 150# regularly, all while being a successful mom, wife, and lawyer. Loretta, thanks for spending so much time with us, and Happy Happy Birthday! She asked for this one…and if you are savvy you know why!!!!

This week’s Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday: Normal at both locations.
Wednesday: Last WOD at LoDo is 5 PM, and then 5:30 PM at RiNo. CORE Class at 6:30 at RiNo is still scheduled.
Thursday: Open Gym: 9:00 am until 10:30 am. WOD to send around 9:15 am
Friday: Open Gym From 10 am until 12pm, WOD will be sent around 10:30 am
