    Main WOD

    10-4 4-10 You Go I go of: Snatches (75/55) Calorie Row. Partner one does 10 snatches partner 2 does 10 snatches partner 1 rows 10 calories partner 2 rows 10 calories. Partner 1 then does 9….and so on down to four, then back up to 10. 1 **after each round both partners must complete 20 double unders

    CORE Series Training
    Warm Up: Tabata Handstand Hold (Plank Hold Modification)
    Skill: the split jerk
    WOD: As a team of 2: complete 50 Clean and Jerks as quickly as possible. 1 Partner must be rowing at all times.
