CrossFit LoDo – CrossFit LoDo at RiNo
Unbroken: 3 Rounds of: Max Unbroken Thrusters (95/65) Toes to Bar Chest Slaps (2 restarts allowed) Ring Dips. Score is total reps completed. Have 30 minutes to complete all rounds and reps. Must go in order, Round 1 Thrusters then TTB then Chest Slaps then Ring Dips etc. Once you start you can’t “rest.” Rest on thruster is anything out of the rack position.
