The Ladder…5-10 of:
Front Loaded Lunges (115/80)
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Burpee Box Jumps
then Double Unders (x5, so 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50)
Partner 1 Does 5 Front Loaded Lunges (Total) then partner 2 does 5, then P1 does 6, P2 6, Until they both do 10. Then they go onto back squats, same pattern. Then Chest to bar Pull Ups. Then Burpee Box Jumps. Then Double Unders. Only one partner working at a time.
