A. Warm Up: 3×10 each of: Snatch Balance High Hang Snatch and Muscle Snatch. Choose your weight up to 95/65 B. 10×1 Snatch + Snatch Balance (shoot for 85% 1 RM)
C. 5-5-3-3-1-1 Hang Power Snatch
Day 2
A. Warm Up 3×10 each of: High hang Squat Clean, Push Press, split stance split jerk
B. 3 Position Clean + Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1
C. 5×3 Back Squat @ 85% 1 RM D. 4×4 Push Press AHAP
Day 3
A. 15 Min EMOM of 1 Snatch @ 85% 1 RM
B. 12 Min EMOM of 1 Clean and jerk @ 85% 1 RM
