    B. 4 150 Meter Row Repeats

    Rest at least 90 seconds between sets

    C. For Time: 100 Double Unders 30 Snatches @95/65 6 minute Time Cap

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: 2 Rounds of: 15 Burpees and 50′ bear crawl forwards and 50′ bear crawl backwards
    Skill: The Snatch/OHS
    WOD: 4 RFT of: 10 Front Squats and 15 Box Jumps
