CrossFit LoDo – CrossFit LoDo at RiNo
1. Team has 10 Minutes to Row as many calories as possible and find 1 RM Snatch. Each pound team lifts is 1 point, each calorie team rows is 1 point.
2. Team has 10 minutes to get as many double unders as Possible and 1 RM clean and jerk. Each Double Under is 1 point and each pound is equal to 1 point.
3. Team has 10 Minutes to Get as many Burpee Box Jumps as Possible and 3 RM Deadlift. Each Burpee Box Jump and each pound is equal to one point.
