    100 Double-unders
    Then, Five rounds of:
    75 pound One Legged deadlift, 10 reps (Total)
    2 Pood KettleBell Goblet Squat, 10 reps
    10 Handstand push-ups
    Then, 100 Double-unders

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: Tabata Handstand Hold (Plank Hold Modification)

    Skill: the split jerk

    WOD: As a team of 2: complete 50 Clean and Jerks as quickly as possible. 1 Partner must be rowing at all times.
